Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Rinse chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Peel and dice potatoes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until slightly tender and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese to create the sauce.
- Transfer chicken and potatoes to a baking dish, pour the sauce over them, and bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
