Instructions
- Prepare garlic bulbs by removing loose outer layers while keeping bulbs intact
- Slice ¼ inch off the top of each garlic bulb to expose cloves
- Drizzle each bulb with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional thyme
- Let garlic sit for 5 minutes to absorb flavors
- Wrap each bulb loosely in foil and place in air fryer basket
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until cloves are golden brown and soft
