Instructions
- Begin by melting butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Place one slice of bread in the pan and layer with cheese slices. Add cooked eggs or bacon if desired.
- After 2-3 minutes, flip the sandwich when the bread is golden.
- Once both sides are crispy and golden, remove from the pan, slice in half, and garnish with herbs or tomatoes.
Notes
- For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
