- 4 medium-sized apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Core each apple, leaving the bottom intact.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth. Fold in crushed graham crackers.
- Stuff the corer apples generously with the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
- Serve warm, topped with whipped cream or ice cream for an indulgent touch.
