Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season the boneless chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- Layer the flatbreads with fresh spinach, sliced tomatoes, and the sautéed chicken strips, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the flatbreads tightly, folding in the sides, and slice in half to serve with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
