- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cook in olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side, adding garlic in the last minute.
- Let chicken rest, then shred and mix with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Divide mixture onto tortillas, fold sides inward, and roll tightly.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Garnish with parsley.
