- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 package (12 oz) smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix diced potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning mix until well coated.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sliced smoked sausage until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a baking dish, combine seasoned potatoes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months.
- Pair with fresh green salad, steamed vegetables, or garlic bread.
