- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic to the skillet, and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in the heavy cream and butter. Stir until butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.

- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce and cooked chicken. Toss until the pasta is well coated.
