- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough starts to come together.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the risen dough, shape it into a loaf, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Allow the bread to cool completely before storing.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
