- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup 4C bread crumbs (plain or Italian seasoned)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, 4C bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Using your hands or a spoon, gently mix all the ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Roll the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
Notes
- Donβt overmix the meat mixture to keep the meatballs tender.
- Use a cookie scoop to ensure uniform size for even cooking.
- For extra flavor, brown the meatballs in a skillet before baking.
- Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- Meatballs also freeze well for up to 2-3 months.
