Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the cake mix box.
- Grease and flour your round cake pan to prevent the cake from sticking.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water (or other liquids) as directed on the box.
- Mix well until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the cake batter into your prepared round cake pan.
- Bake for the time specified on the cake mix box, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Place the cooled cake on a serving plate or cake stand.

- In a small bowl, mix a portion of the white frosting with red gel food coloring until you achieve a vibrant red color.
