Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Whisk well.
- Gradually add milk to form a smooth batter thick enough to coat marshmallows.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot over medium heat.
- Dip each mini marshmallow into the batter until fully coated.
- Carefully place the coated marshmallows in hot oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, using a slotted spoon to remove them.
- Lay fried marshmallows on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.
