Instructions
- Place the loose Earl Grey tea leaves and fresh, pitted cherries into a teapot.
- Add 2 cups of boiling water and steep for 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate pot, gently simmer the milk until warm, avoiding boiling.
- Combine the brewed tea with the warm milk and stir gently. For iced version, pour over ice and garnish with cherries and mint leaves.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
- Reheat gently if you prefer it hot or serve chilled over ice for a refreshing treat.
