Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and thinly slice the sirloin steak, bell peppers, and onion.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat, then add the sirloin steak and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, and onions to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, black pepper, and salt. Pour this mixture over the stir-fried ingredients and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
