Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine the shrimp with minced garlic and olive oil in a bowl. Toss to coat.
- Add grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the shrimp. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread the shrimp mixture on a lined baking tray in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
