Instructions
- Pour Guinness beer into a mixing bowl along with cocoa powder to create a rich chocolate base.
- Cream softened butter with granulated sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream into the butter-sugar mixture, then fold in the Guinness and cocoa blend.
- Pour the batter into a prepared round cake pan and bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
