Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the skillet, let it rest, and prepare a bowl of rice.
- Slice the cooked chicken and layer it over the rice with mixed vegetables.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken and vegetables, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve.
