Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: flour, sugar, yeast, milk, melted butter, salt, and eggs.
- Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic (8-10 minutes).
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
- Roll tightly, slice into rounds, and place in a muffin tin. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftover cruffins in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Freeze for longer storage (up to a month) after completely cooling.
