Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by pounding it to an even thickness between sheets of plastic wrap.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bread the chicken by dipping first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
