- 0.5 lbs Ground pork
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, Lipton onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, and milk.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the meatloaf into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a moister meatloaf, add a tablespoon of olive oil to the mixture.
- To prevent sticking, grease the baking sheet or loaf pan before shaping the meatloaf.
- Add chopped vegetables like onions, bell peppers, or carrots for added flavor and texture.
