- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 sheets of nori (seaweed)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Crush the Oreo cookies finely using a food processor or a zip-lock bag and a rolling pin, setting aside 1/2 cup of the crumbs.
- Lay a nori sheet on a sushi mat, spread cream cheese mixture over it, sprinkle crushed Oreos, and roll tightly.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; best enjoyed within 24 hours.
- Feel free to customize the filling with fruits or other crushed cookies.
