Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease and flour a 9ร—5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
