  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup self-rising flour (optional, for a firmer texture)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Ensure the cream cheese is softened.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Add the undrained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies. Then, add in the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly. If using flour, gently fold in.
  4. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
