- 12 large pasta shells
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 24 slices of bacon
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the large pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced jalapeños, salt, and pepper. Fill each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed shell with a slice of bacon, securing the filling well. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Grill the wrapped shells for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with barbecue sauce in the last few minutes for added flavor.
Notes
- Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
- Freezing is possible; wrap each shell in plastic before placing them in a freezer-safe bag.
- Serve with extra barbecue sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
