Instructions

  6. Fry for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
  7. Remove the fried chicken from the skillet and place it on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
