- 8 oz spaghetti pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into thin strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the garlic by combining it with a pinch of salt and olive oil.
- Sautรฉ onions in olive oil until translucent, then add bell peppers until slightly soft.
- Cook the steak, seasoning it with salt and pepper, and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side; add garlic mixture and cook for another minute.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the steak and vegetable mixture, pour in soy sauce and honey, and toss; garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave or on the stove, adding water or broth as necessary.
- Pair with a garden salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
