- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add shrimp and coat well with the seasoning.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the seasoned shrimp. Toss until coated and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove shrimp from the grill, arrange on a serving platter, and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
- To store leftovers, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- For longer storage, freeze cooled grilled shrimp for up to 3 months.
- These shrimp can also be served over rice, in salads, or as shrimp tacos.
