Instructions
- Prepare the peaches by peeling and slicing them into thin pieces.
- In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold and roll tightly.
- Fry the egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
